Join us for the 2nd Annual Women’s Wellness Experience | a FREE community event for women in Polk County.

Women are holding a lot right now: mentally, emotionally, and physically.

That’s exactly why we created The Women’s Wellness Experience.

On Saturday, April 25th, we’re bringing together an incredible group of wellness professionals, movement facilitators, speakers, and local businesses for a day dedicated to mental health, mindfulness, connection, and community.

This free community event is designed as a space for women to pause, learn, connect, and be supported.

✔ Mini Sound Bath Meditation
✔ Inspiring Women Speakers & Creative Workshops
✔ Local Wellness Vendors

You’ll also hear powerful insights from our guest speakers and workshop leaders who will be sharing tools to support emotional wellness, brain health, and personal healing.

And throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to explore amazing local wellness vendors who are part of Polk County’s growing community of women supporting women.
