AIRCRAFT RECORDS audit:

Ø Pre-delivery or Post- delivery aircraft inspections and auditing of all aircraft technical records with special details to Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) and other related documentation such as modifications, alterations, and engineering orders.

Ø Aging Aircraft records review for compliance with 14 CFR 121.1105, 14 CFR 121.1107 and 14 CFR 121.1109.

Ø Setting up aircraft records, airframe, appliance, repetitive inspection and life-limited parts.

Ø Reviewing and auditing engine records including preparation of last shop visits, applicable engine AD’s and Life Limited Parts “Disk” back to birth trace.

Ø Preparing preliminary reports for the acceptance and airworthiness of the aircraft.

MAINTENANCE VISIT REPRESENTATION:

Ø On-Site Quality or Maintenance Representation and Project Management.

Ø Budget Reports of actual cost for the Maintenance Visit with Analysis of work performed.

Ø Conduct Repair Assessment Charts, supporting data with photos for file, analyze and ensure aircraft is in compliance with the FAA Requirements and or the Airline’s OIP (Operator Implementation Program) for the Aging Aircrafts.

Inventory & PARTS MANAGEMENT:

Ø Parts procurement for Airframe and Engines, this includes support for Pratt & Whitney JT3-3D, JT8’s and GE CFM56 ALL Models, CF6-50, CF6-80 and Rolls Royce RB211.

Ø Inventory Consignments, Component Repair Management, AOG Services 24-7.

Ø A report is supplied for all projects with up-to-date information, quotations are available for all RFQ’s and files can be shared via a secure website.

BRIDGING AIRCRAFTS TO MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS:

Ø Bridge aircraft to the Airline’s Maintenance Programs and or conform to the Boeing Maintenance Planning Document (MPD)

Ø Prepare and generate workscopes as required to conform the aircraft.

Ø Super users for Computerized Maintenance Tracking System “Silverwings”.

Ø Knowledgeable on the TRAX Aviation Maintenance Software.

In addition to the consulting services, Sukie’s Aviation offer Compliance Solutions with Airlines Safety Management System (SMS), Continuous Analysis Surveillance System (CASS), Internal Audit Evaluation (IEP) system and Production Planning. Audit, Analyze and Planninng are the key mitigating strategies in which our staff is highly qualified to resolve any non-compliance situation. Our job is to assist companies manage and maintain compliance and basically impress upon their Regulatory Administrator no need for infraction letters.
