The UPS Store will be open today, Wed. 10/30, from 12pm to 6pm for our customers to retrieve mail and pkgs. Thursday, 10:30 to 6pm. If the power has been restored, we will resume normal business hrs, Thursday. We regret any inconvenience this outage has caused.

In reviewing the comment from John Frazell, it appears individual PMB holders will not be able to retrieve their mail from Clear Lake. We are working on alternative arrangements. Your patience is appreciated during this time.

My condolences to those who have been displaced by the River and Ranch fires. For my mailbox holders please mention to the Clear Lake Post Office located at 14500 Olympic Drive in Clearlake that you are a UPS Store mailbox customer. You will need a valid picture ID. Post office personnel will only release mail to each individual addressed to their private mailbox number.

The Lakeport UPS Store will continue to be closed due to the mandatory evacuation and will reopen when deemed safe by Sheriff Brian Martin.

For mailbox customers, it is my understanding, your mail will be available for pick-up on Wednesday at the Clear Lake Post Office. I will post further information as it becomes available.

On Monday, 2/9/15, by 3:45p.m. I will be sending a care package to young Buddy Everson. Anyone wanting to send something bring it to The UPS Store and I'll send it with mine. I think it would be awesome to send him a huge box of letters, stickers, love, and hope. Any and all words of encouragement are welcome and as the article states he would love some stickers. February 11th will be his 9th birthday. His recently opened Post Office Box is included in the article if you wish to pass it along or send items yourself. Thank you for any and all contributions.
