Happy Saturday!
Today, not only do are we going to share what we are GRATEFUL for, but also how we practice gratitude in our lives.
Now practicing gratitude doesn't take away from present circumstances that you have which are serious and need your attention.
BUT choosing to incorporate gratitude creates a space for a perspective shift, even it for a moment, to look at yourself and whats around you in another lens - a life giving lens.
"Gratitude is a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it grows, and the more power you have to use it on your behalf. It is something that one has to practice, to incorporate, to "work out". To be grateful is to find blessings in everything. This is the most powerful attitude to adopt, for there are blessings in everything.”
