We had a great time yesterday. The forest bathing was magical especially during the light gentle rain that seemed to have a cleansing effect. The landscape painting with Laurie brought out plenty of blues and greens. Sound bathing by Ruthann was very therapeutic and enhanced by a tree frog’s chorus!
