But how do you remain confident when things around you are falling apart? How do you stay confident when you’re feeling demotivated?

Imagine a scenario where you were unexpectedly laid off from work. You got a reasonable amount of severance pay and you were pretty much confident that you would get a new job in a few months. You actually felt excited for this new opportunity - a new environment, new life, and new relationships.

How do you even find the time to write content for online marketing when you have a very busy schedule?

Here are some tips.

Tip # 1: Have a place where you can capture your content ideas when they come.

And they always come at the most unexpected time. I use my phone for that. I save them all on Google drive. Make sure that you’ll be able to connect these ideas to your business.

Tip # 2: Have a theme each week or each month.

Themes can be based on seasons or holidays. Or it can also be based on situations of your target audience like marriage or children. These themes will better organize all the ideas that come to you.

Tip # 3: Focus on certain topics at a time.

In my case it can be topics related to my audience’s problems that my offer will help solve, like this one I’m doing now. This organizes your thoughts, which is very time efficient.

Tip #4: Choose one day a week and set aside an hour or less to create your content for the next week.

Use your content ideas that you have collected for the past days.

Finding the time to write content is really about organizing your thoughts and utilizing time more efficiently.

Another content writing tip for busy people is to write a long form content during that day you’ve set aside for it.

Break this long form content down into segments that you can use for the entire week.

This is where consistent lead and client generation comes from that will lead to consistent sales for your coaching business.
