American Clean Resources Group, Inc. (OTC: ACRG) announced the formation of Nexus 7 Elements LLC, a joint venture with ENERG4 Mining Company LLC to commercialize advanced rare earth element and critical mineral recovery technology. The partnership combines ACRG's feedstock sources and infrastructure with ENERG4's proprietary CHIPS technology for extracting gold, platinum group metals, rare earth elements, and other critical minerals from complex feedstocks.
ACRG holds 51% ownership providing governance oversight, while ENERG4's entity holds 49% and manages day-to-day operations. The Joint Venture will benefit from ENERG4's 207-acre pilot facility in Winnie, Texas, with commercial deployment at ACRG's Greenway facility in Nevada establishing the first Critical Minerals Processing Hub.
The partnership extends beyond traditional mining tailings to process coal ash, fly ash, and legacy coal dumps abundant in Appalachia, expanding ACRG's footprint from the Western U.S. to a truly national platform supporting domestic critical mineral supply chains and environmental remediation.
