Our last show before we went to  to really build . Honestly, I thought it might’ve been our last show in 2022.
Last night went down a couple hour rabbit hole watching old music videos. It’s nostalgic, and I’m grateful we’ve met and been supported by so many dope people over the years.
Headlining your own shows as an artist, small or big, is one of the most important things you can do. We came back from Techstars and sold out Meow Wolf, headlined the Gothic Theatre, and hit the Bluebird again. Building real connections with fans, independent artists, and your community matters.
Nobody sees the 100 shows I did before going full time. Tiny crowds, if any. Fighting to get on stages, sitting on corners, begging people to listen to my music. It’s a journey. Looking back, I wish I would’ve been more present instead of always rushing to the next spot.
You’ll get where you’re trying to go if you don’t quit. But the process is the best part. The big stage is only part of the reward.
