Hurricane Isaias has strengthened into a Category 3 hurricane with sustained winds of 120 mph as it approaches the northern Gulf Coast.

According to Crown Weather Services, landfall is expected along the western Florida Panhandle tonight, with the greatest impacts anticipated near Pensacola and Destin.

Virtual estimating is becoming an increasingly important part of how property claims are handled, and CATI’s newest course is designed to help experienced adjusters build the skills to step into this specialized role.

The CATI Certified Virtual Estimator course provides hands-on practice using real-world claim simulations, inspection data, and the Eberl Inspections claim portal. Participants will learn to review data from drone and ladder-based inspections, scope losses remotely, and produce accurate estimates.
