Big Tree Maple Big Tree Maple " The Real Stuff" - Family operated maple products business in Chautauqua county New Maple syrup is the world's best all natural sweetener.

It is produced simply by concentrating the sap of the maple tree and its ony produced in a small part of the world - northeastern North America. New York State produces some of the highest quality maple products made anywhere. Big tree Maple takes great pride in being part of that tradition. Big Tree Maple sugar house located in Chautauqua county, in southwestern New York. our father and son business began in 1993 by boiling sap from 40 taps, we now have increased to over 800 taps and purchased from another 3200 taps. All taps are handled by tubing and majority of taps with vacuum collection. In addition, the use of a reverse osmosis machinary unit to remove excess of water prior to boiling for efficiancy and increased production. Also Big Tree Maple is an autherized equipement and supply dealer for LAPIERRE, USA and Sugarhill containers.

This weekend Sept 26 and 27 is the annual Busti Apple Festival! We will be there as usual with plenty of maple candy, maple cream, and maple syrup. We hope to see you there!

Congratulations to Slackhill Sugarhouse!

They are getting ready for the 2027 sugaring season with their first reverse osmosis machine, a Lapierre series 2000!

We’re looking forward to getting the plumbing completed and helping with the initial startup.
