The most common answer? Jumping out of a plane. ✈️😳

Why is public speaking so terrifying that people would rather free-fall from 10,000 feet than stand in front of a crowd?

The good news—you don’t have to take the leap to conquer your fear. Stay on the ground, build confidence in your voice, and see how Effective Presentations can help you master the art of speaking.

𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹: Become aware of your non-verbal communication when presenting.

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: Pay attention other peoples body language when you're having a conversation or watching them present. Ask yourself if it is adding to the message or detracting because it's distracting.
