“I’m a recluse.” — Robert Rhodes

For the last 12 years, Robert has been creating beautiful experiences through his art. Over the past few months, it’s been such a joy to sit alongside him at Prince Street Cafe, where he sets up shop, settles in for a few hours, and lets the art do the talking.

You can find his work hanging right there at the café or at Radiance!

What I love most is how Robert describes his art as an emotional statement. He hopes each person who encounters his work walks away feeling something different. A retired journalist, he approaches landscapes and portraits as experiences, inviting us to see and feel them in our own way.

And honestly? This is your sign to say hi to your neighbor at the café. You never know who you’ll meet, what stories they carry, or what unexpected connections might come from simply sharing a table (or a little space in the world).

Here’s to the familiar faces who become part of our everyday stories 💚

The wealth gap isn’t only a money problem.
Sometimes we need to change the question.

Not just: How do I make more money?
But: What do I own? What am I building? What can grow without me? And what will the next generation actually inherit?

That was one of our biggest takeaways from moderating Capital & Continuity at the EVE Women’s Forum.

Huge appreciation to EVE INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION for creating spaces where women can wrestle with these questions—and bringing experts to the table who understand wealth from the perspectives of finance, infrastructure, enterprise, and policy.

And what a lineup: Florence Torson Hart, Eunice Nyadul, and Joyce Bawah Mogtari.

Different lenses, same challenge: how do we move from earning to owning, and from building for today to building for what comes next?
