Y'all didn't have to take time out the day to say happy birthday. You didn't have to call or text. You didn't have to give me a gift or money. You didn't have to cook for me. You didn't have to give me your time, energy or thoughts..But you all did. Thank you is not a big enough expression for the gratitude I feel. This one was hard. I'm away from my kids, my grands and my mom died a little over 3 weeks ago. This was hard.
My sister Carolyn Craig shook her own grief and threw me a birthday party. For a moment in time, we just had a good time. I love her so much.. yall have no idea. As much as I brag on her in public, it's in private that she does so much for ME. I love both my sisters with all my heart. But the kids of my sister Peewee - yes we know I have favorites. Those my babies too. I love y'all Lonishia , Lakeisha , lil Rob ( Ashley put her whole being in them enchiladas, I might have to retire lol) and Toya.. thank y'all.

The gratitude I feel is overwhelming. I'm crying writing this post. Y'all owed me nothing. And yet, the smallest gesture was like a grand show. I needed it the most this year. Thank you all.

All I see on my timeline is get a LLC & EIN then you can get business credit.

No... who ever is telling you that is steering you WRONG!

1) Business Plan
2) Business license
3) EIN
4) LLC or S-Corp
5) DUNS #
6) A real business address
7) Business checking account, personal will not work.
8 ) Register your business phone number with 411, Google, yellow pages, YELP... do something besides having an IG and FB
9) Open 4 Net30 accounts. This will generate your PayDex score.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
A PayDex score ranges from 0-100.

If you want a 100 on your PayDex, You pay your bills 2 weeks in advance.

If you want an 80 on your PayDex, then you pay your bills on the due date.

After having your Net30 accounts for 90 days, call each vendor and ask for a revolving Line of credit.

You can get a ULINE account and buy toilet paper and paper towels from them. It’s pretty simple and doesn’t cost much.

NOW LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY!
During these 90 days, you ask your friends to loan you 5k-15k and them file a UCC1 Filing against you with the state YOU live in. Don’t touch that money. In 14-21 days, simply return the money back to them, then have your friend file a UCC3 Filing to terminate. These UCC filings will then show up onto your business credit. DONT PLAY AROUND WITH THESE UCC FILINGS! Don’t lie on them. Your ass will be in prison. Stay under 15k until you establish a solid PayDex score. Then have your friends or family loan you 25k or 50k. Repeat the previous steps.

After 90 days, you can walk into your bank and walk out with enough business credit to really run your business like a pro WITHOUT EVER HAVING TO USE YOUR SSN!

But, please for the love of God, have a business plan. If you’re not use to these types of loans nor know what you can use your business credit on, you’ll lose your business and you’ll be locked up for fraud. You can’t be taking vacations to the tropics on your business credit. OKAY! Well.... technically you can but let’s start your business first and generate black and not red below the bottom line.

Capital One calls you asking why you’re using business funds in Trinidad, don’t be surprised they shut your card off and then you’ll be stuck on a beautiful beach with no funds.

Use this money to solidify your business, buy inventory, create a professional website, fix up your store front, etc.

10) Stay off Clubhouse and away from those “millionaires” who just wanna sell you what I just told you FOR FREE.
