Every role has a story, and every person makes an impact.

Faces of Graham is a series created to recognize the people across our locations who help shape who we are.

Meet our Production Manager, Brandon Campbell, who has been at Graham for three years.

⭐What does a typical day look like for you? As a Production Manager, no two days are ever the same. My day is centered around monitoring the real-time production metrics and making quick decisions to keep the plant running smoothly. What makes my job rewarding is the fact that I get to work alongside an incredible team. I am fortunate to work with people who are dedicated, fast and flexible, and always willing to step up for one another when needed.

⭐What do you enjoy most about your job? What I enjoy most about my job is collaborating daily with a highly motivated, diverse team that challenges me to think outside the box and also brings out my best work. This environment continuously expands my skill set, allowing me to take on new responsibilities and experience professional growth.

⭐What’s something people might not expect about what you do? People might not expect how much of my role relies on communication and emotional intelligence rather than just technical skill; building trust is just as critical as executing the data. Additionally, a significant amount of our success comes from proactive talent development and backing the growth from within the plant.

⭐What are you most proud of in your work? I am most proud of my role in mentoring colleagues and creating structured opportunities that help others expand their technical and professional skill sets. Seeing team members gain confidence, take on new challenges, and advance in their careers as a direct result of our collaboration is incredibly rewarding.

⭐Anything else you’d like to share about your team or role? I am incredibly fortunate to work with a resilient, collaborative team that genuinely values diverse perspectives and continuous learning. Our adaptability not only allows us to tackle difficult challenges effectively but also makes the day-to-day work environment inspiring.

Every role has a story, and every person makes an impact.

Faces of Graham is a series created to recognize the people across our locations who help shape who we are.

Meet our Senior Manager of ESG & Reporting, Alicia Tickler, who has been at Graham almost two years.

⭐What does a typical day look like for you? There really is no “typical.” Monday could be spent pulling together data, the next day running an audit, and by Friday I’m researching a new regulatory requirement! I might start with a plan, but customers’ needs, legislation, and the occasional rabbit hole lead to pivoting more often than not.

⭐What do you enjoy most about your job? I love that sustainability has ties to every department at Graham. I get to work with Legal, Procurement, EH&S, Quality, Engineering, Sales…everyone!

⭐What’s something people might not expect about what you do? It's not just about metrics. The challenge is balancing the realities of data availability, operations, and business priorities with customer or regulatory requirements, feasibility, and what is meaningful in practice.

⭐What are you most proud of in your work? Translating an intangible concept, like sustainability, into measurable data that demonstrates real impact.

⭐Anything else you’d like to share about your team or role? Compliance doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s often seen as a hurdle or series of hoops to jump through. My goal is to make meeting the requirements as straightforward and practical as possible, without adding unnecessary burden.

♻️ Fact or fiction? Circularity starts at the recycling bin.

Many people think a package becomes "circular" when it enters the recycling stream. The reality? Circularity starts much earlier.

The choices made during package design can influence everything from material use and transportation efficiency to product protection and recyclability. That's why creating more sustainable packaging requires looking at the entire system, not just what happens at end of life.

At Graham, we believe thoughtful design is one of the most important steps in building a more circular future.

👉 Swipe through to learn why circularity begins long before a package is recycled.

Today is Particularly Preposterous Packaging Day, and we're celebrating the opposite...thoughtful packaging design.

We believe great packaging should be purposeful. From improving usability and shelf impact to supporting recyclability and material efficiency, thoughtful design can help create a better experience for consumers while supporting sustainability goals. Our teams focuses on developing packaging solutions that balance performance, functionality and responsible material use.

Because packaging should work harder, not be harder to use.

Every role has a story, and every person makes an impact.

Faces of Graham is a series created to recognize the people across our locations who help shape who we are.

Meet our Continuous Improvement Specialist, James Kilgore, who has been at Graham for 19 years.

⭐What does a typical day look like for you? A lot of computer time, reviewing StreamLine entries (down time data properly selected, etc.) following up on problem solving 5 Whys and A3, Daily Management, Gemba, to find out what is affecting (annoying?) operators, updating SOCs / OPLs.

⭐What do you enjoy most about your job? Interacting with line operators to see what I can do to help with their job.

⭐What’s something people might not expect about what you do? It is a lot of investigative work to see if the perception of what is ‘wrong’ is supported by data.

⭐What are you most proud of in your work? The continual improvement of the our operation and implementation of new technology.

⭐Anything else you’d like to share about your team or role? Change is hard… but, with explanation, I’m happy to see most everyone is on board with the improvements we have been making and continue to invest in.
