Highlighting Jared Bennett – Case Manager & Marketing Coordinator

Jared Bennett started with KBM in December 2024 as the Administrative Coordinator He has steadily advanced in his career, first moving into the field of case management as a Case Manager and later expanding into marketing as a Marketing Coordinator. Jared leverages his determination and problem solving skills to ensure outstanding customer service across all aspects of his work. From client services, contracting, licensing, and commission tracking to overseeing KBM’s social media presence he is truly a man who wears many hats. 🎩

We asked Jared some charmingly peculiar questions about himself and here is what we discovered:
• Jared hates lemons making that his unpopular food opinion. 😖
• The triceratops is his favorite dinosaur. ☄️
• He never wants to see the ruffles trend come back into fashion. 🤵‍♂️
• If he could see any musician in concert, past or present, he would see Johnny Cash due to the influence his music had on Jared growing up. 🎙️
• When asked if he believed Poptarts to be breakfast raviolis he thought it was disrespectful to Poptarts to even ask such a thing. 🙅‍♂️

🎉Honoring a Remarkable Retirement 🎉

Today, we celebrate the retirement of Ginny Cottrill, an individual whose presence and contributions will leave a meaningful imprint on our team for years to come.

It is not every day that an employee with so much heart, talent, and leadership steps into retirement, closing a remarkable chapter that has shaped our organization in lasting ways.

It is certainly not easy to say goodbye. After many years of dedication and unwavering commitment, Ginny is closing this phase of her life and beginning a new journey.

From day one, Ginny brought a sense of purpose that lifted the people around her. She navigated challenges with calm confidence, shared her knowledge generously, and built relationships that made our team stronger. Some of the most meaningful moments were not only the big wins, but were the quiet ones, the conversations, the support, and the consistency.

✨ Welcoming the Start of Chanukah

Yesterday marked the beginning of Chanukah, the Jewish Festival of Lights, a celebration of resilience, hope, and the enduring power of community. For eight nights, families and friends gather to light the menorah, reflect on the miracles of the past, and carry forward the message that even the smallest light can dispel great darkness.

As we enter this season, Chanukah invites us to:

Employee Spotlight 🔦:

Highlighting Rachel Diaz – Administrative Coordinator/Case Manager

Rachel Diaz joined KBM Consulting LLC in June 2025 as an Administrative Coordinator and has since expanded her role to include Case Management responsibilities. With more than a decade of experience in customer service and animal welfare, she has dedicated herself to improving the well‑being of animals, especially cats. Rachel brings a unique blend of compassion, structure, and problem‑solving to the KBM team.

She provides a variety of support operationally, and finds fulfillment working as the liaison between producers, underwriters and clients. Her passion is driving cases through the pipeline as quickly as possible but in an efficient manner. Rachel’s attention to detail, and ownership of responsibilities make her a key player of the KBM team.

🕷️ The most absurd hill she would be willing to die on, purely for fun would be that Tobey McGuire is the best Spiderman, but Tom Holland is the best Peter Parker.

🍯 If given the opportunity to confuse future historians by leaving something in a time capsule, Rachel would leave a jar of honey since it never expires.

🥤 She has her own invested rule, she follows that she shakes almost everything before she opens it, except carbonated drinks, those she MUST tap the top every time before opening.

🎵 One thing she is excellent at is reciting the Pokémon theme song.

🐾 If ever given the chance to haunt any place in the world, she would ‘haunt’ an animal shelter to keep the animals company overnight when everyone leaves.

Today is also Rachel’s birthday, so take a moment to leave a shout out to Rachel and wish her a Happy Birthday! 🥳
