Applications for the YP Leadership Lancaster Scholarship are still open!

Could Leadership Lancaster be your next step?

The Young Professionals Leadership Lancaster Scholarship is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 program! This scholarship covers the full cost of tuition—valued at more than $800—for one deserving young professional who is eager to grow personally and professionally but may not have the financial means to participate.

Leadership Lancaster is a seven-month leadership development program that challenges participants to learn more about our community, connect with local leaders, and gain valuable insight into the industries and organizations that shape Lancaster County.

Just ask local small business owner and 2025 scholarship recipient, Susie Bucca of Lotus & Sage Wellness LLC. Through the scholarship, Susie was able to participate in Leadership Lancaster, deepen her understanding of the community that has supported her business, build meaningful connections, and grow as a leader.

A big thank you to Becky Drozdz with Guerrilla HR for leading such an engaging and interactive Lunch & Learn on “Battle of the Generations!”

Attendees engaged in a fun trivia showdown exploring workplace habits, technology, communication styles, and generational stereotypes. We hope everyone walked away with new insights, fresh perspectives, and practical takeaways for working across generations in today’s workplace.

A big thank you to Chris Gordon, Marketing Research & Media Coordinator at Founders Federal Credit Union, for inviting the Lancaster County Chamber to present at today’s Lancaster Rotary Club meeting!

Our Director of Marketing & Communications, Abigail Horton, had the opportunity to share how the Chamber serves not only its members, but the entire Lancaster County community through leadership programs, travel opportunities, and business directories.

We were also excited to distribute complimentary copies of our workforce magazine, The Lancaster Advantage, showcasing the many industries, career opportunities, and educational pathways available right here in Lancaster County.
