🚨 We’re Hiring – Production Flow Coordinator (Part-Time to Start)

We’re growing at Foundation Printing and looking for someone who loves organization, problem-solving, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

This role is the hub between our sales and production teams—helping manage shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory flow, and order tracking using our Printavo system.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable with technology and learning new software
✔ Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ A strong communicator and team player
✔ Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment

This is a part-time position to start with potential to grow into full-time as we continue to expand.

If you enjoy bringing order to chaos, keeping things on track, and being a key part of how a business runs day-to-day—this could be a great fit.

🎨 Behind the scenes at Foundation Printing!

One of the most important parts of creating consistent branded apparel happens long before the shirts hit the press.

For this project, we used our Pantone Color Matching System to match the colors from a previously printed shirt. Taking the time to match colors accurately helps ensure your brand looks consistent across every order, whether you're ordering 24 pieces or 2,400.

It's a small detail that makes a big difference when it comes to professional-looking apparel and maintaining your brand identity.
