POV: You own a promotional products business

You can usually find Amy walking around the office at approximately 80 MPH—taking calls, meeting with customers, putting together orders, fulfilling orders, answering questions, solving problems, and doing about 47 other things at the same time. 📦📞💻

From the first call to the final order, she’s always moving, always working, and always making sure our customers are taken care of. That’s the behind-the-scenes hustle that keeps it all running!

IMPORTANT PRODUCTION TIME UPDATE

First and foremost, THANK YOU! We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of Intentional Promotions. Because of our amazing customers, we have been experiencing a very busy season, and we truly appreciate every order that comes through our doors!

As we continue to grow and head into the busy holiday season, we want to be upfront about our current production times.

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for order completion.
With the holidays approaching, some orders may require additional time depending on product availability, order size, and production needs.

If we can complete your order sooner, we absolutely will! Our goal is always to get your order to you as quickly as possible while still providing the quality and attention to detail you expect from us.

Need it sooner?
Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule and will be subject to an additional rush fee. Please let us know your deadline when placing your order so we can determine what options are available.

We certainly don't want to turn away your business—we simply want to be transparent about our current turnaround times so you can plan ahead, especially for upcoming events and holiday gifts.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as Intentional Promotions continues to grow! We are truly thankful for each and every one of you.

Planning something for the holidays? Now is the time to get your orders in!
