The Clark National Accounts Employee Optimization team recently took a deeper dive into teamwork, communication, and collaboration through the Everything DiSC on Catalyst platform!

Led by Laura Gibble, Sr. Manager of Training & Development, the team explored how their unique DiSC styles influence team dynamics and shape the way they support employees. Through interactive discussions and practical insights, they identified strategies to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and deliver even greater value as a team.

We’re still riding high after our 14th Annual Derby Day! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, donors, and supporters, we raised a record-breaking $2.7M for 30 local nonprofit organizations, making this our most successful Derby Day yet.

From exciting races and unforgettable moments at Lancaster Country Club to the lasting impact these funds will make throughout our community, this year’s event was truly one for the books.

We're hiring! Clark Associates is looking for a Food Service Equipment Technical Support Specialist to join our Ready Kitchen Warranty team.

In this fully remote role, you'll provide technical support to service agents and customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including both hot-side and cold-side units. This opportunity is perfect for experienced commercial kitchen equipment technicians looking to transition into a remote, support-focused role while continuing to apply their hands-on expertise.
