Happy September from some of the Pipeworks crew! 👋🔧 A new month means cooler mornings, fall weather on the way, and a good time to give your plumbing a quick check before the season changes. Our 3 September reminders:
🍂 Check outdoor faucets & hose bibs for leaks before colder temperatures arrive.
💧 Test your sump pump and make sure it’s ready for fall rain.
🔥 Pay attention to your water heater: inconsistent hot water, leaks, or strange noises are easier to handle now than on a cold Ohio morning.

10 YEARS OF MIKE! 🎉🔧 Today we’re celebrating a pretty incredible milestone. 10 years of Mike being part of the Pipeworks team. A decade of early mornings, long days, countless jobs, problem solving, helping customers, supporting the crew, and being someone we’ve been able to count on year after year.

Employees like Mike don’t just work for a company, they help build it. Over the last 10 years, he’s been part of Pipeworks’ growth, our wins, our challenges, and a whole lot of memories along the way.

So, of course, a milestone this big deserved something special. We sent Mike home with a commemorative YETI cooler and plaque, but there’s really no gift that can fully say how much we appreciate a decade of loyalty, hard work, and dedication.

Mike, thank you for 10 incredible years. We’re lucky to have you on this team, and we hope you know just how much you’re appreciated by everyone at Pipeworks.

Mondays, am I right? 😂🔧She was proud of her work. He had…notes. It’s called learning on the job, and around here, we train our team to take pride in the work they do and feel confident showing it off.

Sometimes that work gets a 👍. Sometimes it comes with a little..rework. 😅 All jokes aside, that’s how the trade gets passed down: learning, asking questions, getting feedback, and taking pride in getting it right.

Not every plumbing job happens under a sink. 🔧 Our crew was back at Blue Label Packaging Co handling some of the behind the scenes plumbing and equipment that helps keep a busy commercial facility running.

Jobs like this are a good reminder that commercial plumbing can look a little different: bigger systems, specialized equipment, and plenty of teamwork to diagnose the issue and get things back where they need to be.

We made it through another week! These two deserve a lot of the credit. 👏 While the Pipeworks crew is out in the field, Kim and Jess are behind the scenes keeping the wheels turning: answering customer calls, coordinating schedules, organizing the day, helping the team stay on track, and handling all the little things that somehow become very big things. 😂

Around here, “Chaos Coordinator” might actually be an official job title. A lot happens between the first phone call and the Pipeworks van arriving at your door, and we’re lucky to have these ladies helping make it all happen. Happy Friday from the team behind the team. ❤️🔧
