There are moments in life that remind you why you chose to become a teacher. ❤️
Eleven years ago, Amber was one of my culinary students at Wiregrass Ranch High School in Wesley Chapel. Even back then, she had a passion for baking, and you could see that she had a love for creating something special in the kitchen.
Fast forward 11 years, and this weekend I had the incredible privilege of visiting Amber at the grand opening of her very own bakery and coffee truck! 🧁☕️
Standing there, watching her turn something she once dreamed about into a reality, was a moment I'll never forget.
As a chef, I love creating food that brings people joy. But as a former culinary educator, there's something even more rewarding about watching a student take what they love, work hard, believe in themselves, and build something of their own.
Amber, I hope you know just how incredibly proud I am of you. Not just for opening your business, but for having the courage to chase your dream and make it happen. ❤️
People often talk about the impact teachers have on their students, but I don't think we talk enough about the lasting impact our students have on us.
Eleven years later, I'm still cheering you on, just from the other side of the counter now. 🥹
Here's to your dreams, your success, and all the wonderful things still to come. Congratulations, Amber! 🎉
Ya'll.... CHECK THIS PLACE OUT and show Amber some love!!!
