For David Moran, great design begins with understanding. Every project is approached with careful attention to detail, thoughtful problem-solving, and the belief that informed design can simplify complex ideas, inspire action, and create meaningful connections.

As one of Quest's senior creative designers, David develops the visual identity behind many of the firm's statewide campaigns and public outreach initiatives. His work has helped shape the Florida Motorcycle Safety Program from its early stages, including designing the ABATE and L.A.M.A. websites, annual campaigns, educational materials, and presentations that support motorcycle safety statewide. He has also played a significant role in the evolution of FDOT's Target Zero initiative, creating campaign assets that transform important safety messages into memorable visual experiences. From transportation branding and proposal pursuits to public engagement materials and award-winning creative, David's work helps agencies communicate with clarity while leaving a lasting visual impression.

“At Quest, creativity has a purpose. I'm proud to create work that not only looks good but helps our clients tell their stories, engage their communities, and impact lives.” – David Moran

Sometimes the biggest career opportunities are the ones you never planned for. Through hard work, dedication, and a desire to continue growing and learning, Kiana Schaefer has built a career at Quest with unlimited opportunities. Four years after joining Quest, Kiana Schaefer has grown into a role that helps shape the partnerships behind the company's continued success.

As Strategic Pursuit Manager, Kiana oversees the company's teaming process, working closely with executive leadership and partner firms to coordinate hundreds of teaming agreements each year. Since stepping into the role, she has helped streamline a process that supports Quest's continued growth while fostering relationships with firms across the industry. Beyond pursuit support, Kiana has also contributed to field initiatives, including public surveys for the Tampa International Airport Master Plan and community events that promote workforce development and industry engagement. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach help lay the groundwork for opportunities long before project work begins.

“One of the things I've learned is that growth often happens when you step outside your comfort zone. I'm grateful for the opportunities I've been given at Quest and excited to continue building relationships and helping our team succeed.” -Kiana Schaefer

Over the past decade, more than 2,500 wrong-way drivers have turned around before reaching a CFX mainline expressway thanks to technology designed to detect and help prevent wrong-way driving.

Quest wrote, produced, filmed, and edited this program update for the Central Florida Expressway Authority, using ground and drone videography to help tell the story of how more than a decade of research, innovation, and investment is making Central Florida’s expressways safer.
