Our hearts are heavy following the devastating fire at Cobalt Apartments in Wesley Chapel that destroyed nearly 80+ apartments and displaced approximately 400 residents.

To every individual and family impacted - please know that your North Tampa Bay Chamber community is standing with you. We extend our deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers as families begin navigating the difficult days ahead.

Losing your home and personal belongings is an unimaginable experience. While we know we cannot replace what was lost, we can come together to help provide the essentials families need right now.

Nations Roofing & Construction LLC is looking for an experienced Field Operations Managers to oversee our residential and commercial roofing installations and repair projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of roofing experience
• Bilingual
• Strong knowledge of shingle, tile, metal and flat roofing systems
• Experience with roof installations and repairs
• Must be able to lift heavy roofing materials, set up ladders, perform repairs and inspect roof installations
• Crew management and scheduling experience
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality control
• Ability to accurately report jobsite conditions, completed work and project progress using CRM software
• Report daily to the Project Manager and office staff on production progress
• Dependable, organized and able to communicate effectively
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
