Day 7 of the 171st Bloomsburg Fair, and we are so grateful. 🍦

Thank you to everyone who has come out to see us this week. The turnout and the response on social media have been incredible, and we hope to keep it going through the final days.

A huge thank you to my team. Many of them took their own vacation days to be here and work alongside me. People who give up their time like that make days like this possible, and I couldn't do any of this without them.

Now for the important part: we are selling fast on a lot of items. If you want to get your hands on any of these, come early:

🍎 Apple c***r sorbet
🥧 Apple cream cheese pie
🥜 Peanut butter cup
🍯 Brown butter almond brickle

We are resupplying our shoofly pie, and we will restock limited amounts of our honey lavender ice cream. Stop by over the next few days to secure yours.

Bring your coolers! We want to move as many pints as we can by the end of the fair, so the deals are coming. Come find us on 7th Street, spot 19.

See you at the fair!

Tuesday Tips from the Ice Cream Stand 🍦

Day 5 at the Bloomsburg Fair, and our ice cream is amazing all by itself, it gets even better with a little help, so here are our favorite pairings:

☕ Make an affogato. Grab a fresh coffee from our friends at Java Momma, then pour it over a scoop of your favorite flavor. Vanilla is a classic, but try it with chocolate or caramel too.

🍪 Build an ice cream sandwich. Pick up one of the huge chocolate chip cookies and load it up with any of our flavors. Two cookies, one scoop in the middle, done. It's the perfect way to end a fair day.

🥧 Double up on apple pie. Stop by Big Mama’s Soul food (GHOP Shops & Events), grab one of their apple pie cookies, and bring it over for a scoop of our apple cream cheese pie ice cream. Fall in a cup.

🍎 Turn our apple c***r sorbet into a slushie (21+ only). Scoop some apple c***r sorbet into a cup and mix in your favorite adult beverage. Bourbon, wh***ey, and spiced rum all work great. Please drink responsibly.

Stop by, pick your flavor, and get creative. We'll be here all week.
