Ah. Unfortunately, we still have open/unpaid invoices. They will be canceled today and the appointments corresponding to those invoices will also be canceled. You will need to reach out when you are PAYMENT READY, to request a new invoice. Respectfully, as a small business, “chasing” payment is not something I want to do. I appreciate your understanding.

Because we no longer have Afterpay (using a different processor) I have been breaking up payments like a manual “Afterpay”. However, payments need to be made by the date agreed upon. I do not want to add late fees as I’m trying to make this affordable for all. I appreciate your understanding.

I have reached out to everyone with cleans ending soon, everyone that took a break for the summer and everyone that has cleans but needs to schedule them out. Please remember, cleans DO expire if NOT being used. If I have not heard back (or you have not renewed), please know your current spot is available to be booked. We currently have BOGO free packages until Monday, 8/31…you can get, essentially, 8 cleans for $560 (with the smallest package)-larger packages available as well. Lastly, if you’re on a payment plan, please pay your remaining balance ASAP!
