little frustrated this morning - got my NYSEG bills - at my shop the delivery charge was up and supply charge had doubled - while at my house - a mile up the road - these charges were unchanged - bill at the shop nearly $300.00 more for same usage as previous month/previous year - house bill a little higher by a few dollars- c- on electric bill temperature was only 2 degrees less than last year at this time - call NYSEG for explanation- poor lady could only read a script - article in yesterday's Ithaca Journal said natural gas prices were only up a small amount over last year - can't fine accurate information from anywhere

It has been amazing year business wise - thanks for everyone that has had me do your work - hope all are well - I'm going to be selling some older equipment soon - older dump trucks both single and tandem, older equipment trailers, left over fence materials and some other small unused equipment and tools, etc. If you have a need- most everything in good working order and vehicles all have current inspection and licenses

Just wanted to say THANKS, to everyone, I worked for this past year - 2023 was a very busy year for me - Thanks to the other contractors that help me out or I help out on occasion - hope everyone had a good year

super busy year - doing septic systems non stop , occasional water line or sewer line - footer drain repair and drainage - mulch , stone and topsoil deliveries were strong in spring ,tapering off in summer - trying to work some really small projects in between larger ones - this is sometimes hard when you throw in an emergency flooded basement drain , septic pump replacement and other unknowns - so i want to apologize to some with small projects - it's hard to fit everything in , getting a little older and slower - THANKS TO ALL

It’s been an unusually busy winter - lite winter weather has allowed work to continue- septic systems,electrical trenching, some driveway repairs, some materials delivered- stocking more crusher run stone for driveway s than I have in the past and at a good price- can deliver in 10 and 20 ton loads - also have 1’s,2’s,filter sand,and all the landscape materials- now a couple pictures of a septic just completed system

Weather is still cold but Sun is getting stronger - sewer line repair in town of Ithaca , septic tank locate in McLean with a plugged sewer line to tank- need to remind people ,that just because some product says it’s flushable ,it probably is not - especially baby wipe,chlorine cleaning towels or any kind of paper tower - they don’t break down in septic tanks and they are two large to stay in the water flow in sewer lines - public or private - they just build up and plug up
