What is SURVIVAL STRONG CHALLENGE? It's fitness for survival...A combination of endurance running, obstacles & strongman events. Whether your military, law enforcement, fire/rescue, survivalist (your ammo will not last forever!) or just a week-end fitness warrior, you need to be in top physical and mental shape. This course tests not only your endurance, but also your strength and your mental toughness. "Suck it up, Cupcake". This is what your going to endure: 5 miles of hell. Start off with a 1 mile warm-up run. Maneuver across the water pit. Don your ruck/pack for another 1 mile run. Into the woods for another 1+ miles. Mid-run your going to over-head press a log, then log carry and/or drag for approx 50 yards. Run up and over hilly terrain. Run up and down Monster Hill. Transition into a 75 yard sprint with dummy, drop dummy sprint 50 yards on slight incline. Return sprint to dummy and sprint final 75 yards with dummy. Drop and give me 25 push-ups. We add burpees, tire flips, kettlebell lunges, belly crawls, etc., etc. 1 mile run back to base camp. This run is forever evolving, no two runs are ever the same. . If you can run a 5k event...I can get you through this. "Are you Survival Strong?"
