Not the box cutter. Not the key machine. The tape gun.

Amazon has changed the return process, and we know it can be confusing. Here’s a quick guide for our LaPlace customers!

Amazon is adding new return locations, including RAC Center here in LaPlace. So you may now see different return options than before.

⚠️ HOW TO GET THE BEST OPTION

When starting your Amazon return, try the process as you normally did.

👉 If “Inaccurate website description” is an appropriate reason for your return, select it as your first return reason.

Continue through the return process and check the FINAL option Amazon gives you.

✅ IF YOU SEE:

UPS Drop-Off — Box & Label Needed — FREE

Great! Choose it, get your shipping label, and bring the package to Allied Express.

💰 IF YOU SEE:

UPS Drop-Off — Box & Label Needed — $6.99

Don’t pay $6.99 just because you want to use Allied Express. Check whether Amazon offers RAC Center as a FREE return location. If it does, select RAC Center and take the return there.

📦 WHAT ALLIED EXPRESS ACCEPTS:

✅ UPS printed shipping labels

✅ USPS printed labels and QR codes — accepted ($0.75 per USPS drop-off)
