This is just the basic run of the mill box . It contains pineapple, cantaloupe, red grapes , honeydew. Everything is very crisp and firm not soggy an mushy like some cups of fruit come. Great for parties or home keeping the kiddo's away from the chips , cookies and candy teaching them young to eat healthy will help them develop and also help them in the future with out a life time of being on the preferred customer list with the doctors .
