Pathways for Trade 2026 Press Conference
This morning at 10:00 a.m., the Laredo Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) hosted a press conference at the LEDC Conference Room to officially announce the Pathways for Trade: The North American Logistics & Manufacturing Symposium, taking place September 22–24, 2026, in Laredo, Texas.

Celebrating the symposium’s continued growth and the 60th Anniversary of LEDC, this year’s event will be held under the theme:
“Connecting the Americas: Infrastructure, Industry, Innovation.”

As North America’s largest inland port and the leading gateway for U.S.-Mexico trade, Laredo provides the ideal setting for this premier gathering of logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, and international trade leaders.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from nationally recognized keynote speakers, participate in executive panel discussions, network with industry leaders, and take part in exclusive tours and exhibitions designed to strengthen supply chains and foster economic growth across the Americas.

A special highlight of today’s announcement was the recognition of the 2026 Pathways for Trade Ambassador recipients:

🏅 Laredo College – Global Logistics Center

These two institutions will be honored during the Night of Trade Ambassador networking event on September 23 for their outstanding contributions to education, workforce development, international trade, and regional economic growth.
