HoneyComb Care Adult Day Training program offers a wide variety of structured activities With the implementation of a creative art curriculum. We also offer community involvement, social interaction and skill-building opportunities that enrich the lives of adults with intellectual, emotional and developmental disabilities. We strive to create an environment that offers structure and excitement for

program participants. By providing a positive and supportive environment, HoneyComb Care offers space for each individual to explore their abilities and build opportunities to reach maximum potential. We here at HoneyComb Care not only wish to enhance the quality of life for each individual, but also wish to understand each individual and cater to their needs to the best of our capability. To achieve this our team ensures to have and to show respect, empathy, and awareness everyday.

We The People is a new advocacy group founded by a woman in Collier County. She and other parents want to do a better job at getting services for loved ones with disabilities. State lawmakers are the audience the parents want to reach.

WE ARE HIRING

Job Title: Programmatic Skills Trainer.

HHoneyComb Care has immediate openings for Programmatic Skills Trainers, for full time and part time positions starting at $15 an hour.

We here at HoneyComb Care provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our services include (but are not limited to) teaching members arts and craft techniques, life skills and provide community involvement opportunities. We also help individuals with toileting if needed, and are responsible for maintaining the space of HoneyComb Care. We strive to provide a positive environment and great experience for all individuals and staff. If you are inspired to serve others and enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities using art, crafts, and life skills then HoneyComb Care is the place for you.

Shift hours:
MON - FRI 8:30am - 2:30pm

Requirements:
-High School diploma (or equivalent)
-Able to pass background screening.
-Valid driver's license.
-Driving record of the last 3 years.
-Able to stand more than 4.5 hours
-Able to lift at least 60 lbs

- 1-3 years experience (preferred)
- Art and craft skills (preferred)
