Surface-level questions get surface-level results. 🛑

To close more care, you have to keep pulling the string. Don't stop at the physical symptom. Ask your patients: "What does that result in for you?"

Dig deeper until you uncover the lost income, the canceled family trips, or the burned PTO. That emotional state change is what we call "The Ruin." Once you find it, you're not just selling a treatment plan—you're offering them a way to get their life back.
