TMC has 17 years of experience responding to complex requirements with short notice timelines. Due to our Small Business status we can design and complete large scale complex projects in a fraction of the time and cost that other companies can. We have over a 95% proposal award record and 100% customer satisfaction record. We have had 50 prime contracts since our inception some with as many as 51 individual CLINS/Task Orders, and 75 sub-contracts with as many as 10 individual CLINS. At TMC Design we work with our clients to create a custom solution that satisfies all your needs instead of trying to sell you something from the shelf. We have teams of engineers experienced on a vast array of local and international government projects who are ready to apply their expertise to fulfill your requirements for a fast and effective delivery.

TMC Design is pleased to announce our selection as a Prime contractor on the U.S. Army’s $5.1 billion Global Tactical Advanced Communication Systems (GTACS II) and services contract. GTACS II will enable the Army to acquire and deliver advanced tactical communications capabilities at an accelerated pace. As the U.S. Army continues to modernize its tactical communications network, GTACS provides a competitive contracting mechanism to facilitate the acquisition of new technology and service solutions across the full lifecycle and range of Command Control and Communications (C3) Systems, to include research and development, production and deployment, operations and field services, and sustainment and disposal.

TMC Design is a cutting-edge engineering and original equipment manufacturing (OEM) company specializing in electromagnetics, Tactical SATCOM, radio frequency engineering and communications, telemetry, SATCOM digital signal processing, electronic warfare (EW), and cyber-adjacent activities. We are proud to support the U.S. Army, PEO Command Control Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T), and PM – Tactical Networks (PM-TN) with tactical advanced communications systems and services on the GTACS II contract.

In addition to the Pro Patria Award, TMC Design Corporation was also honored to recieve the Seven Seals Award from Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR). The Seven Seals Award is the broadest and most inclusive award given by ESGR and is presented at the discretion of the State Chair or by ESGR senior leadership. The Seven Seals Award is presented in recognition of significant individual or organizational achievement, initiative, or support that promotes and supports the ESGR mission, to include the efforts of the more than 4,500 volunteers who carry out ESGR’s mission across the Nation on a daily basis.
