Across hundreds of Cornerstone Caregiving offices and leaders throughout the country, Bioncia was recognized under the operational pillar of “Calling”—a distinction reserved for leaders who demonstrate that caregiving is more than a profession; it is their purpose.

Since joining our team, Bioncia has consistently gone above and beyond to support our clients, caregivers, and community. From leading hands-on caregiver trainings and mentoring team members to stepping in during critical moments to ensure uninterrupted care, she embodies servant leadership at its finest.

Her recent promotion to Assistant Operating Director reflects what our team has known all along: Bioncia leads with heart, accountability, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to those we serve. She doesn’t just manage operations—she strengthens our culture, develops our caregivers, and helps improve the lives of the seniors and families who place their trust in us every day.

Called to Care 2026: Support Veterans Right Here at Home

At Cornerstone Caregiving – Las Cruces, caring for others is more than what we do — it is who we are.

This year, our Called to Care 2026 campaign is honoring veterans while raising awareness and funds for veteran mental health. Through the $22 donation challenge and 22 Acts of Care, we are asking our community to come together in a meaningful way for those who have given so much.

Funds raised by the Las Cruces Team will benefit Rio Grande Honor Flight, helping veterans right here at home experience the honor, recognition, and gratitude they deserve.

For many veterans, an Honor Flight is more than a trip.
