You have until March 31 to complete the annual safety training via the website. You will be paid 1.5 hours as soon as the quiz is completed and the sign off sheet is signed for the updates to the 2021 employee handbook.

Paid Time Off Memorandum

• Hours are completed banked on anniversary with exception of recyclers who accrue throughout the year
• PTO-roll over up to 60 days
• Pay-outs are not allowed and may only be approved if exigent circumstances occur and only within 30 days of expiration
• PTO must accompany a PTO form to cover a sick day/call in within 7 days of the call in and the attendance point is erased; if there is no PTO available, automatic point will be assigned

• Las horas se completan contabilizadas en el aniversario, con la excepción de los recicladores que se acumulan durante todo el año.
• PTO-roll over hasta 60 días
• Los pagos no están permitidos y solo se pueden aprobar si ocurren circunstancias apremiantes y solo dentro de los 30 días posteriores al vencimiento.
