Have you ever caught yourself thinking, "I just wish I had people to talk to about my business"?

People who understand what it's like to wear all the hats. People who celebrate your wins because they know how hard you've worked for them. People who don't see you as competition, and who genuinely want you to succeed.

I think that's something so many solopreneurs wish we had, and this is one of the reasons I'm excited to be part of The Solopreneur Sisterhood’s first virtual conference, Gather & Grow, this October.

Yes, there will be incredible workshops. Yes, you'll leave with practical strategies. But what excites me most is the opportunity to spend four days surrounded by women who genuinely want to encourage one another.

And even better, the community doesn’t stop when the conference ends. When you sign up to join us, you’ll have 6 months of access to the community, so you can continue building relationships and receiving support long after the conference is over.

If you've been craving community just as much as education, I'd love for you to join us. 💜

Comment COMMUNITY and I'll send you the link all the details (including pre-conference bonus sessions happening now!)

She had a great talk. But she was missing one key piece in her strategy.

The room was with her. People were nodding. Somebody told her after that it was exactly what she needed. She walked off that stage...out of that room...on a high and thought... that went really well.

And then nothing.

No bookings. No inquiries. A few new LinkedIn followers...and then crickets.

Here's what was missing... a bridge.

A great talk moves people. A bridge tells them where to go with what they're feeling. Without it, all that emotion has nowhere to land, and by Thursday they've moved on with their lives...still stuck in the same place you found them.

The bridge. It isn't a hard pitch. It's one clear sentence that connects what they just felt to what they can do next. That's it.

Most speakers spend eight hours (or more) on the talk and eight seconds on the bridge. Flip that ratio and watch what happens.

What's the one thing you want someone to do after they hear you speak? If you can't answer that in a sentence, that's the work.

Comment BRIDGE and I'll send you details on a free call to help you identify where the money is leaking from your stages.

One event. Three hundred applications. Thirty breakout spots.

That's a real number from my meeting planner days on the other side of the stage. And here's the part nobody tells you... Cold outreach rarely made the cut.

Not because the pitch was bad. Because we didn't know them. When you're staring down 300 applications and 30 spots, you default to the speakers you trust, the ones a colleague vouched for, the ones already in the room somehow.

This is the part of the industry most speakers never see from the other side. I sat in that seat for over 20 years.

If your strategy is cold pitching and hoping the topic sells itself, you're competing in a pile you can't win from.

Relationships get your proposal read. Relationships get your proposal passed on instead of passed over. Relationships get you booked.

Want a set of eyes on your strategy from someone who used to be the one deciding who got considered and who didn't? Book a free Stage-Driven Visibility Assessment; link in the comments.

Throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks is not a stage-driven visibility strategy.

It's a schedule that keeps you busy...broke...and can get messy.

Here's what I mean... you're doing the podcasts, the panels, the networking rooms, the summits, hosting events.... All of it. Every yes feels productive. It looks like momentum.

But if nobody in that room can hire you, refer you, or open a door for you... it's not the right stage. Full stop.

I call this building a spaghetti castle. Impressive looking. Falls apart the second you touch it.

Strategic stage-driven visibility isn't about doing MORE. It's about doing the RIGHT things, in the right order, for the right room.

This month I'm walking through the 7 most common leaks I see costing purpose-driven speakers, coaches, and consultants real impact, real clients, and real income.

Most people have at least two of them. Many don't even know it. They think they have to do more...and just keep throwing spaghetti. You don't.

Starting today, let's stop throwing spaghetti. Follow along.

Have you ever wished you had people in your corner who truly get what it is like to build a heart-centered business?

People cheering you on. Trading ideas. Celebrating your wins. Helping you through the hard parts.

That is exactly why I am part of The Solopreneur Sisterhood's first virtual conference, Gather & Grow... a four-day experience built for heart-centered solopreneurs created by Becky McCleery.

It is so much more than workshops. It is a place to connect, implement what you are learning, and build real relationships with women who genuinely want to see each other win.

October 20 through 23. If you have been craving community as much as strategy, this one is for you.

I would love for you to join me.

🤷‍♀️"How do I turn VISIBILITY into actual sales conversations?"
You know content matters.

But you're still struggling to get people to reach out about your services.

Here's what most coaches & service providers don't realize:

Content's job isn't just to educate.

The goal of content is to create conversations.

And that's the piece many business owners are missing.

That's why I wanted to share a free class & action plan from Business Coach & Marketing Strategist Hailey Rowe:

👉 The 5 Posts to Book Your Next 10 Discovery Calls 👈

Inside the training, Hailey breaks down:

✔️ The 5 types of posts that actually lead to discovery calls, email subscribers, and sales inquiries
✔️ A simple 3-step framework to turn your content into conversations
✔️ How to transition naturally into your offer without sounding awkward or salesy
✔️ The surprising reason why engagement is not the metric you should be obsessing over & what you should be doing instead

So if you've been building visibility but want more leads, conversations, and sales opportunities from your content...

I think you'll enjoy this one. Link is in the comments.

(Full disclosure: I am an affiliate for Hailey's work, so I may earn a small commission if you go on to work with her down the road. I only ever share what I would happily use myself.)

You don't need a book. You don't need a TEDx. You don't need a speaker page. You don't even need a perfect one-sheet.

I know. I know. That's the opposite of what the internet keeps selling you.

Over twenty years on the other side of the stage...I never once passed on someone because they didn't have a book. I never scrolled a website looking for a bestseller sticker. I never once listened to a TEDx talk.

I booked people I trusted, and people my trusted people vouched for.

The whole "get a book, get a TEDx, THEN you can pitch" thing? It's a really convenient way to stay busy instead of getting booked. You're procrastibusy.

The prerequisites you're waiting to finish are not the thing standing between you and the stage. The relationships are.

So here's your permission slip: start now. Pitch the podcast. Message the host. Get in the room. Perfect-later is costing you booked-now.

Drop "ASSESS" in the comments and let's build the pitch you can send this week... book or no book.

And don't get it twisted...I'm not saying don't write the book, or don't pursue the TEDx stage...I'm saying stop waiting until you have them to start creating the impact and income you were called to make.

Ya'll know the deal. One day is here. Your audience...is waiting.

You can be the most visible expert in the room and still walk out empty.

Not because you're not good. Because it's the wrong room.

A room full of people who adore you is not the same as a room full of people who can hire you.

And loyalty to a room that isn't converting is one of the most expensive habits I see.

Swipe through 4 signs that you're in the wrong room. Save the one that made you go "oh no, that's my Tuesday networking group."

Then comment "ASSESS" and let's find the rooms where your actual people are waiting.

One day is here. Your audience...is waiting.

Somewhere along the way, we started believing growth had to mean hustle harder, do more, push longer.

Y'all, I tried it. It didn't work well. I do not recommend. I think we got sold some BS. Now I believe...

Growth can look like real relationships, sustainable systems, serving people well, and building at a pace that actually lets you enjoy the life you're creating.

And that's why I said yes to Gather & Grow, The Solopreneur Sisterhood's first virtual conference. Four days built around connection, community, and actually implementing what you learn... not just filling another notebook you'll never open again. (How many of those do we need!?!)

In my session, I'm teaching you how to Get Strategic. Get Paid. The 3 Stages Every Solopreneur Needs, on Friday, October 23. Join me...in the community, in the conference...in my session. Bonus sessions have already started (and mine is on September 30th).

When you join, you're not just registering for a conference. You're stepping into a community of heart-centered women who believe collaboration beats competition. Registration includes six months inside that community after the conference closes.

October 20 to 23. If you've been craving community as much as strategy, come and grow with us.

It's this week!!

On Thursday, I'm stepping onto Kingdom Collective's stage to teach something I care about deeply: how to get strategic, get paid, and finally make your speaking WORK for your business.

If you've been showing up on stages and podcasts and still watching the revenue lag behind the effort... this room was created for you.

We're getting into the three types of stages, how to match the right ask to each one, and how to audit what you're already doing so every appearance actually moves someone toward becoming a client.

1 PM ET / 12 CT / 10 PT. There's still time to grab a seat.

Come learn with me (registration link in the comments)

One day is here. Your audience...is waiting.
