One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is media training - helping leaders communicate more clearly about why they love what they do and why their work truly matters.
This week, I had the privilege of spending time with the incredible group of healthcare executives, physicians, and communications leaders at Intermountain Health Headquarters in Salt Lake City as part of our executive media coaching program.
I've had the honor of partnering with this amazing nonprofit healthcare system over the past few years, and every training session leaves me inspired. While my role is to help participants become stronger communicators, I always walk away feeling like I've learned just as much from them. Their commitment to improving the lives of patients and families is evident in every conversation, and it's a privilege to help them share those stories with greater confidence and impact.
Thank you to everyone at Intermountain Health for the warm welcome, your openness to learning, and for trusting me to be part of your professional development journey.
