โ€ข Stay alert and awake while on property
โ€ข Be proactive while on shift

โ€ข Mandatory Preemployment Drug Screening Required
โ€ข Vehicle Required
โ€ข Must be 21 years or older
โ€ข Minimum 2 years security, law enforcement, or military experience
โ€ข Active Nevada PILB Guard Card (Required)
โ€ข Strong communication and decision-making skills
โ€ข Integrity, respect for others, and personal accountability
โ€ข Willing to give a hard dayโ€™s work for a hard dayโ€™s pay
โ€ข Drug free including Cannabis and THC
โ€ข Black Duty Belt & Radio Pouch & Tan Pants and Tan or Black High-Top Boots by first shift!
โ€ข Must have high powered flashlight.

โ€ข Maintain a visible security presence
โ€ข Use de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
โ€ข Badging Verification
โ€ข Patrol and monitor assigned locations
โ€ข Handle incidents and report accurately
โ€ข Control access and enforce site rules
โ€ข Provide excellent customer service
โ€ข Mandatory Desert Tortoise Training
