What’s your next step. Big thanks to all those who opened yesterday’s email. Largest number of openings ever, in the first hour after sending. A past client has picked up on it straight away. We are glad to be of service, knowing how times are with a number of businesses we talk with.
Across the board there are so many changes happening.
What we find most interesting is how fear of the unknown stops people in their tracks. It’s as though we have no anxiety over mistakes, wrong decisions, choosing incorrect co-workers of management, because we already know what that’s like. And yet the thought of something new freezes us like a bright light on a stunned rabbit.
Like it or not, you have to be thinking innovation, creativity quickly moved into organizational strategies at a practical level. Be they for an individual entrepreneur, small business or large corporation. Systemization, fueled by new technology advancements, is pushing the boundaries of the work environment, while you and I are trying to keep sense of a work-life-balance.
1…We keep hearing, mistakes are positive, makes no difference, they’re still a bummer! They are definitely necessary to discover if you discover heading down the wrong path.
2…Decision making is an art, therefore collaborate with the right minds, beforehand. A 50% reduction in mistakes, save time, money, anxiety, increases profits, wellness and expansion.
3…It’s extremely important to know your strengths, what areas you function and when to get to help, the right help.
4…No matter how intelligent you are, no matter how great the company is, in this day and age, everything must remain “fluid” to allow for change, when the timing is right.
5…Is this important YES. Every person in an organization must expand their leadership abilities. The coffee maker has to become a better coffee maker, All levels with any organization has to develop it’s people for the long term.
The question is, how to choose those persons who want long-term commitment!!!
The 2 for 1 offer closes on the 9th of August. Have a great day.
