Build your content space NOW why? Because your business will need this space so you can do regular photo shoots as well as live showcases of merchandise you have on hand ready to sale. make sure it reflects your business style and its a fun well lit area. i would suggest making sure you have a great device to capture the images or video. I use my phone 65% of the time and when i need more professional content i use my camera. What is shipping marketing material ? When you ship you should also be sending marketing matrial to that customer to get them to come back and patronize your buisiness again. Don't focus so much on the sale that you don't seize the oppurtunity to bring them back to purchase again. you should include a sales flyer with a coupon code that brings them back. or if you have an event you want them to attend share this with every order you ship out. You are offering a new product in your boutique something you have never done before so you are prepping planning and preparing for this new product launch.

What does that mean well if you currently sell accessories and you want to start selling shapewear.

You want to introduce the new item to your audience don't just drop it use this opportunity to do a full on campaign around the new product this is your opportunity to really wow your audience with this new product. This is also your opportunity to sell more of the new product that you are offering.

Don't just add new product without a theory of how you're gonna introduce it to the public beyond just it's available on our website you need to use this opportunity to showcase the new item on various models as well as a tutorial on how to use the product for the best benefits.

It's OK to add new products. But it is not OK to add new product lineups every week unless you can handle the marketing behind launching new products.

For every new product you add you should also plan your product launch.

Making sure your marketing aligns with the product and it is easy explainable and your customer or future customer want to buy this item because you took the time to showcase it in a way that's unique to your business.

The old saying you have enough vendors stop searching is not true.

There is no such thing as you have enough vendors trust me you are always going to want to continue to search and find new vendors why? Because if you found them chances are someone else will find them at some point so in order to stay ahead of the game you need to always be scouting and searching for new vendors in our 90 day mentor ship we give away vendors why?
