Build your content space NOW why? Because your business will need this space so you can do regular photo shoots as well as live showcases of merchandise you have on hand ready to sale. make sure it reflects your business style and its a fun well lit area. i would suggest making sure you have a great device to capture the images or video. I use my phone 65% of the time and when i need more professional content i use my camera. What is shipping marketing material ? When you ship you should also be sending marketing matrial to that customer to get them to come back and patronize your buisiness again. Don't focus so much on the sale that you don't seize the oppurtunity to bring them back to purchase again. you should include a sales flyer with a coupon code that brings them back. or if you have an event you want them to attend share this with every order you ship out.
