Search behavior on Amazon is changing.

Shoppers aren't just searching for products anymore—they're asking questions.

Instead of:

🔍 "protein powder vanilla"

They're asking:

💬 "What's the best protein powder for muscle recovery after long runs?"

Instead of:

🔍 "aloe vera gel"

They're asking:

💬 "What's the best aloe for a sunburn?"

As Amazon continues expanding AI-powered shopping experiences through Alexa and its marketplace ecosystem, product discovery is becoming more conversational.

That means listings need to do more than contain keywords.

They need to answer questions.

The brands that stand out won't just be the ones with the most optimized titles and backend search terms—they'll be the ones whose content clearly communicates benefits, use cases, and value to both shoppers and AI-powered recommendation tools.

If your content strategy was built around how people searched five years ago, it may be worth taking another look.

💡 Quick Friday Thought:

Good fulfillment is invisible.

Customers usually only notice it when something goes wrong.

The order arrives on time.

The inventory is available.

The tracking updates make sense.

Nobody talks about those things when they work exactly as expected.

But consistency like that doesn't happen by accident.

It's built through planning, processes, and a lot of work behind the scenes.

Today is a time to remember those who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day gives us the opportunity to reflect on sacrifices made on behalf of others and recognize a legacy that extends far beyond a single day. Their service, courage, and sacrifice continue to leave an impact across generations.

Remembering with gratitude today and every day.

One of the most rewarding parts of our work is getting to partner with companies that challenge the norm. 📦✨

Qwix Mix is one of those.

Qwix Mix Windshield Washer Fluid has built a concentrated windshield washer solution around a simple insight: traditional washer fluid is mostly water. By rethinking the product itself, they’ve created a more efficient solution that cuts down on shipping and storage without sacrificing performance.

Getting the opportunity to help bring that story to Amazon and support the next stage of their growth has been something our team has truly enjoyed.

Huge thank you to Qwix Mix for trusting us throughout the process and allowing us to be part of this stage of their journey. We’re excited to continue following along and seeing where they go next.

Feedback like this is one of our favorite parts of the work:

“Marketplace Pros has been incredible to work with from start to finish. Their customer service is top-notch—quick answers, clear communication, and a real commitment to helping our business grow. Highly recommend partnering with them.”

We documented more of Qwix Mix’s story, the work that went into building their Amazon presence, and the partnership along the way in a case study you can check out here 👇

💡 Quick Friday Thought:
The cheapest fulfillment option usually stops being the cheapest.

Mistakes, delays, and returns tend to reveal the real cost later through margins, reviews, and customer retention.

A lower upfront quote can look great on paper, but consistency is usually what protects long-term growth.

Your 3PL quoted you a rate. Your invoice told a different story.

That gap has a name: hidden fees.

Here are the ones that catch brands off guard most often:

→ Receiving fees billed per carton or pallet
→ Long-term storage escalations after 90–180 days
→ Account minimums, even in slower months
→ Returns broken into multiple billable line items
→ Carrier surcharges outside the quoted rate
→ Kitting and special handling billed separately
→ Monthly portal or tech access fees

Before you sign a 3PL contract, get every one of these clarified in writing.
At Marketplace Pros, our approach is simple: you know exactly what you're paying before a single unit ships.

If you sell on Amazon… you’ve felt it.

📈 Fees creeping up
📦 Inventory getting tricky
🔄 Constant changes

You don’t need to do everything perfectly.
You just need to be smarter with your inventory.
