Trail systems help people connect with nature while protecting the landscapes that make our communities unique.

The goal of the Las Vegas Valley Rim Trail project was to create an interconnected trail system of up to 45 miles encircling the Las Vegas Valley - supporting recreation while helping preserve open space as a protective buffer around the region.

BEC Environmental, Inc. was proud to assist Get Outdoors Nevada by providing GIS mapping support, public participation assistance, an inventory of existing conditions, and a review of applicable regulations. BEC also prepared an Environmental Screening Report to assess potential environmental impacts and guide responsible trail planning.
