Why is the U.S. losing the war in Ukraine?
A Russian wife turned to her husband and asked, "What's this special military operation our glorious leader keeps talking about?" Her husband replied, "It's a war to stop America and NATO."
"Oh, right.” She says, “How's it going?"
“Well,” he replied, “so far we have lost over 20 generals, over 315,000 troops killed or wounded, 3000 tanks, 300 aircraft, hundreds of helicopters, countless armored vehicles, artillery and trucks, our flagship along with other naval ships, our army is being defeated in most areas and we have had to resort to conscripting 500,000 Russians including murders and rapists to replace our losses”.
“Wow.” Replied the wife, “What about America and NATO?”
“They haven’t turned up yet.”

Knowing how much you want something, a promotion or new job, a win on the athletic field or a good run at the poker table, is the first step in attaining it.

"Everyone makes mistakes. It's what a person does after making the mistake that is ultimately going to determine what type of person they are."
The use of Self-Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming can help you make the changes in your unconscious mind.

I was watching a show on ESPN this morning and the interviewer made a reference to the guest, a Seattle Seahawks player, that the Broncos looked scared. The guest replied that right after that massive hit of the receiver as he crossed the middle and was laid out with a bone-crushing hit, that yes, the Broncos did look scared, they didn't go across the middle any more. It is true, a single play can impact the psyche of an entire team. The hit not only seemed to put fear in the Broncos, it fired up the Seahawks. The same thing happened at the 20 minute mark of the World Cup when Germany scored the second goal. You could see it in the Argentinian's body language, they had immediately given up the game. It can happen fast and can end a game with a lot of time left on the clock.

Sometimes it is not just being the better player, it is being the smarter player, the one that managed their mental mindsets the best. Many a star professional athlete has said something like, "I wasn't the most skilled athlete, the natural or the best on my team, but I worked on my weaknesses, made myself better, listened to my coaches and made becoming the best I could be my number one priority."
