I didn’t know what was happening outside of what I felt. High emotions and tons of fear with a dash of despair.

Some would say just pray, control it, get over it and focus on who’s most important. However I couldn’t do that without medically regulating what was happening internally.

I want to LIVE and I’m fighting even though each day presents a new anxiety. I’m choosing all the tools and rest I can.

Just know as I recover I’m coming out the gates swinging. 🩷
