My birthday felt like a hug I didn’t know I needed… so full of laughter, softness, and love. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel the need to capture anything—I just let myself be present and soak in every moment with the people who truly wanted to celebrate me.

I’ve spent so much of my 20s and 30s sharing my life online, but yesterday reminded me of the sweetest parts of childhood… the moments that were never documented, only felt deeply and cherished forever.

“Thank you” doesn’t quite hold the weight of what I feel… but truly, thank you. I feel so, so loved 🤍✨

I popped up on the pop up Queen 🙂 in Memphis! Almost 9 years ago she called me in the airport talking about her now husband and how she was going to pop up married.

I cheered her on OF COURSE and then next thing I know I had to say bon voyage to another cali girl that got swept up by a southern gentleman.

We have always kept in touch and every visit she made home when would have a girly good time, however I have never been Memphis so I decided to pop up.

Friendship matters in every season of your life. Show up, make it weird, tell people you love them, and hold on to the connections that are reciprocal.

That’s why I always say I LOVE YOU DEEPLY NOT CASUALLY 🩷
