Two acrylics. Same image. Completely different viewing experience.

This is a question we get asked more than almost any other: P99 Non Glare versus Optically Clear Acrylic — which one should I choose?

The honest answer: it depends entirely on where the print lives.

Optically Clear gives you maximum color saturation and the full LUMACHROME HD luminosity. The depth and vibrancy are at their absolute peak. But in a room with direct light sources — windows, track lighting, skylights — you'll see reflections.

P99 Non Glare eliminates that entirely. No reflections, no compromises for the viewing environment. The tradeoff is a very slight reduction in surface clarity that most people never notice once the print is on the wall.

For gallery walls with controlled lighting: Optically Clear. For a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows: Non Glare. For mixed lighting: it genuinely depends.

This studio exists because Robert Park believed a print could be more than a reproduction.

Decades ago, Robert partnered with world-renowned photographer Art Wolfe, and that collaboration shaped a standard: a print should carry the emotional weight of the original image. What Curators Notice
