SB2495 will:
- Impose tax as high as 70% plus an undefined retail tax to all eliquid and devices.
- Restrict the use of all ecigs to designated to***co smoking areas in Hawaii.
- Define ecigs as "to***co" products under state law.

Sampling the new flavors from P.O.E.T. These v**es are for the refined palate; each unique and layered, but featuring a signature realism and earthy notes specific to P.O.E.T. Amaretto Nitecap is a favorite. We don't pick up any Amaretto flavors, but the honey and peach notes are incredibly natural, lacking the synthetic taste of many liquids. Also try Americanno Ciambella, a light, maple and spice flavor. A slight hint of sweet to***co balances out the v**e, and adds a uniquely P.O.E.T.ic finish. Will post a review of their latest, Momma Torta di Limone after we get to know it a little better. This one's a winner too.
