This is from a recent post made by Dyarl Alexander, "the odor guy". He'll be hosting a half day course on whole home odor removal including pet urine - rodent - food - rot - cigarette and mj.

"If you are like most carpet cleaners, you want to make the most $$$ with every job. Would you like to make extra revenue for deodorizing small spaces while you clean?

When I first started deodorizing, in my toolbox I had chlorine dioxide tablets. I had a sledgehammer that could remove the toughest of organic smells. Then I found out that not everybody had odors that required the big guns. Some jobs required the precision of a ballpeen hammer.

In the class at the Cleaning Expo in Vegas, I will be covering the use of dry v***r technologies, cold fogger,, thermo-foggers, atomizers and using bio-modifiers and enzymes. I especially like using enzymes for urine odor control.

I'll probably spend a half an hour on the use of ozone for odor removal as well. I fix a lot of jobs where the client used an ozone machine without understanding how to properly use it.
