Whether dealing with a pandemic or life in general, it all has to do with how you choose to view situations and this will create a positive emotional reaction if you're able to view situations with a balanced outlook. I know so many people who have gone through horrible, scary things in life. When you think about movies about similar situations in the world, peoples skin is falling off and people die withing 24 hours. I always see how things could be worse. A homeless person doesn't see a home as a prison. Dramatic language creates drama! We always have a choice in how we view and respond to things. This allows us to not be victims to our own emotions. Who's in control? YOU are in control of your own mind. Own that, and you will be happy and mentally and emotionally stable. www.womansational.com
