We find qualified and interested candidates, review them and submit them for your approval. You can either accept a candidate or reject with constructive feedback. The feedback we receive from you is critical. We need your collaboration to sharpen our focus, so we can constantly improve the quality of the candidates we send over. Rob spent 20 years in the industry. Having worked at recruiting agencies, and internally as an onsite recruiting consultant, he was able to see how recruiting costs, challenges and candidate quality affect management. Along the way, Rob collaborated on a new recruiting model that had great success.
