OK Friends COVID19 update.. due to the state of things in Nevada and the world we are doing our best to keep things rolling here however taking the appropriate precautions to take care of both our customers and ourselves.
Effective 3.23.20 any vehicle coming into RSC for services will take a bit of additional time on delivery, Why? Well we talked with an automotive detailer we have used in the past and we are going to have him come and clean/detail the cars and disinfect and use the proper chemicals to make sure when we deliver the clients vehicle back there is no chance of anything being out there. ( THIS IS AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT )
We also will be limiting all contact with clients 100% this means we won't be doing any direct person to person contact during these times it's important for our customers and our staff here at RSC. We are working on a Key/Drop box for outside the shop so clients can drop off on schedule without having to risk any contact and we are encouraging everyone to do payment via credit card/online funds transfer over cash. As much as cash helps us avoid CC fees right now that's a hit we are willing to take to keep this small business rolling.
So expect a little longer time than normal.. but still expect the same great service. We are also opening up to doing maintenance work for our customers things as simple as an oil change, we have many clients that are ESSENTIAL for Nevada and we want to help keep them on the road and helping to do their part to get our country healthy again.
